My DVR system is
displaying HDD Capacity 100%, what should I do?
|
|
|

You
don't need to do anything, the system is just
indicating that the hard drive is 100% full and
this is when the recycling process will begin.
The recycling process: old videos will be
deleted and new videos will be recorded, day by
day. |

How come I can't connect to
my DVR from home? |
| |
|
You need to
enable port forwarding onto your router, using ports
9091-9112 to the DVR IP address. You can also enable
port 80 if you want to enable web browser viewing but
not required.
If you
already enable port forwarding, check your firewall
settings on your PC. Also make sure you input the
correct information on the client software, like the IP
address, TCP, Port 9091, username, & password. |

Find the SECURITY tab and click on CUSTOM LEVEL. In the
Security Settings, find "Download unsigned
ActiveX controls" and check PROMPT. Click on OK and
return to internet explorer, close or exit internet
explorer and try again. |
